  • 地震前兆研究専用の独立した観測と新しいデータ解析手法の集約及び相互評価を可能とする統合プラットフォーム(PEG)の国際的科学コミュニティーへの開発及び提供

この分野の研究の現在のフロンティアを拡大するために、異なる地上と衛星からの観測、異なるデータ分析手法、異なる測定パラメータが比較統 合されるでしょう。 本プロジェクトの明確な科学的目的は、いくつかの独立した観測(単一パラメータ手法の代わりに)系統的統合が、短期地震予知に関する我々の現在の能力を改 善できるか調査し示すことにあります。 本プロジェクトでは、地震準備過程の研究に関連する異なる手法と観測の統合・比較・改善のために、欧州宇宙機関とロシア連邦宇宙局が提供する衛星データへ の無料アクセスといったユニークな機会を提供します。



  • 事前定義された(標準化された)出力形式による系統的データ取得と成果物生成の調整と実現
  • 異種データの入力、組織化及び比較が可能な共通統合プラットフォームの定義と実装
  • それらを利用可能とするデータ解析と統合手法/ツールの検証と配布及び近代的観測パラメータの更なる拡大とデータ解析種手法の品質向上のための世界的な科学コミュニティの貢献のための開示
